By downloading or using the Stillkeep mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Stillkeep.
Stillkeep uses Sign in with Apple for account access. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account.
Stillkeep is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app or use it for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of content you create. A limited licence is granted to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the app.
Stillkeep may offer optional paid subscriptions. Payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple under its App Store terms.
You may delete your account within the app. Deletion permanently removes associated data and cannot be undone.
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. Availability or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under law.
Access to the app may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are breached or where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the current version.
