Stillkeep is designed to store user content privately using Apple services. Stillkeep does not sell personal data and does not use third-party advertising or tracking services.

Stillkeep is intended for users aged 16 and over. If personal data relating to a child under 16 is identified, it will be deleted where appropriate.

Personal data is processed where necessary for the performance of a contract with the user, namely to provide the Stillkeep app and its features.

Stillkeep uses Apple services including Sign in with Apple, CloudKit, and StoreKit.
User data is stored and processed using Apple infrastructure in connection with providing the app’s features. Payment card details are not received or stored by the developer.
Apple may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where relevant, such processing is subject to Apple’s applicable transfer safeguards and legal compliance mechanisms.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the app and maintain the user account, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
If an account is deleted, associated personal data and user content are intended to be permanently removed, subject to any limited technical delay or legal retention obligation that may apply.
Account deletion is available within the app. Deleting an account is intended to permanently remove associated content and account data and cannot be undone.
If Stillkeep requests access to photos, that permission is used only to allow the user to add images within the app. If permission is not granted, photo-related features may be unavailable.
Stillkeep may offer optional paid subscriptions. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable App Store terms and policies.
Subject to applicable law, users may have rights including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to the processing of, and receive a copy of their personal data.
