Effective Date: 2 August 2026 Version: 1.0
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Onuri application (“App”) provided by:
John Henry Roche 24A Baggot Street Upper Dublin 4, D04 N528 Ireland
Support: onurisupport@gmail.com
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a personal journaling tool that identifies patterns and connections within text you write yourself, entirely on your device. The App is intended for informational and reflective purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice.
You are responsible for any text or content you submit to the App. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you provide. The App does not review, moderate, or transmit your entries to us.
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Onuri Premium”) that unlocks additional features, including Insights and Connections views.
The App, its design, software, and content are owned by John Henry Roche and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim to provide useful insights, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis or pattern identified by the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Henry Roche shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on its results.
Journal entries are stored on your device and, if enabled by you, in your personal iCloud account. Entries are not transmitted to, or stored by, John Henry Roche. Full details on data handling are set out in the App’s Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old if you reside in a country within the European Economic Area with a stricter minimum age under applicable data protection law) to use the App.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App’s Settings, which removes all associated entries from your iCloud. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms.
This agreement is between you and John Henry Roche, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, will have the right (and be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. These provisions are included to satisfy Apple’s minimum requirements for custom app license agreements.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this document reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
